Agency Owner

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate everything from personal and life insurance to complex commercial coverage. Prior to joining The Gordon Agency, I held leadership roles with nationally recognized carriers, including Liberty Mutual and Farmers Insurance, where I developed extensive expertise in sales, agency operations, and client advocacy.

While my industry experience has given me a deep understanding of insurance solutions, what drives me most is building trusted relationships and helping clients find coverage tailored to their unique needs. I believe insurance is about more than policies and premiums—it’s about providing confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you, your family, or your business are truly protected.

Outside of the office in Eden Prairie, I’m passionate about lifelong learning, community involvement, and giving back. Service has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy volunteering through my church and supporting organizations such as Good in the ’Hood.

I am married to my wife, Yvonne, and we are proud parents of three daughters. I genuinely look forward to getting to know the individuals, families, and businesses we serve. Whether you have a quick question, need guidance, or simply want to connect, I would be honored to help.

Mike has been in the insurance industry since 2004 and has experienced both the independent and direct writer side of the business. Prior to opening his independent agency, Mike owned an Allstate Agency. Utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge of the insurance industry, he’s better equipped to service all of your insurance needs. He’s married to Louann, and has 2 children, Samantha and Grant. In his personal time, Mike enjoys golfing and staying active.
